Responsibilities

• Support dining, transfers, ambulation, and range-of-motion activities.
• Record resident weights and report significant changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain hygiene and skin care; ensure clothing and linens are clean and in good repair.
• Complete documentation and charting of care.
• Promote a warm, respectful, calm environment.
