You will carry out restorative nursing programs, assist with walking, transfers, ROM and strengthening, document progress, and communicate changes to the nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification is required.
• RNA experience preferred; we will train the right candidate.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out restorative nursing programs as assigned.
• Assist residents with walking, transfers, range of motion and strengthening.
• Encourage independence and active participation.
• Accurately document resident progress.
• Communicate changes or concerns to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
