Job summary

Willow Creek Healthcare Center in Clovis, CA is seeking a compassionate Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to help residents maintain mobility and independence per their care plans.

You will assist with restorative exercises, daily living activities, and accurate documentation, while fostering a warm, respectful environment.

A CNA/RNA certification and basic computer skills (Point Click Care) are required; one year in a long-term care setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA/RNA training is required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred; computer skills with Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises to improve mobility and independence.
• Encourage participation in activities and mobility unless contraindicated.
• Provide assistance with dining, transfers, ambulation, and ROM as directed.
• Record resident weights and report changes to nursing staff.
• Ensure residents have clean clothing and linens in good repair.
• Document care provided accurately and maintain a therapeutic environment.
