Job summary

Willow Creek Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to support residents in maintaining mobility, independence, and quality of life. The RNA works under supervision to provide routine restorative care as part of a holistic care plan.

The position requires CNA and RNA certifications, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic computer skills (Point Click Care). Prior long-term care experience is preferred, with a pay range of $19.00–$20.00+ per hour

Qualifications

• Restorative Nursing Assistant certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs for Point Click Care.
• One-year experience in a long-term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises to improve or maintain mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Encourage resident participation in activity and out-of-bed mobility unless contraindicated.
• Provide assistance with dining, transfers, ambulation, and ROM activities as directed by rehabilitation and nursing departments.
• Obtain and record resident weights and report significant changes to nursing staff.
