Job summary

Qualifications

• RNA certification and competency in restorative nursing care.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with data entry in PointClickCare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises to improve mobility and independence.
• Support dining, transfers, ambulation, and ROM activities per plan.
• Document care accurately and report changes to nursing staff.
• Promote personal hygiene and comfort; maintain a therapeutic environment.
