Qualifications

• Restorative Nursing Assistant certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Point Click Care software.
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises to improve mobility.
• Encourage participation in activities and in-bed/out-of-bed mobility.
• Assist with dining, transfers, ambulation, ROM activities as directed.
• Record resident weights and report changes.
• Maintain clean clothing and linens for residents.
• Aid with activities of daily living as needed.
• Reposition residents to prevent skin issues.
• Complete care documentation accurately.
• Notify nursing staff of significant condition changes.
• Support preparation for tests, treatments, appointments and meals.
