Job summary

Responsibilities

• Carry out restorative nursing programs as directed by licensed staff.
• Assist residents with range of motion, ambulation, transfers and positioning.
• Encourage participation in activities to promote independence and function.
• Monitor progress and document restorative services timely and accurately.
• Provide compassionate support and promote safety and dignity.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve care goals.
