Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to help residents maintain or improve mobility, strength, and independence under nursing direction. You will perform restorative activities, support transfers, ADLs, and document care with a resident-centered approach.

Requirements include 18+, SC CNA in good standing, RNA certification, and CPR if required. PCC experience is preferred and long-term care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current SC CNA certification in good standing.
• RNA training/certification required.
• PCC (PointClickCare) experience preferred.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with restorative exercises and mobility programs.
• Support ambulation, transfers, splinting, and ROM activities.
• Encourage participation in daily activities and out-of-bed mobility.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene.
• Obtain and document resident weights.
• Reposition residents to promote comfort and skin integrity.
• Document care and restorative services provided.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Prepare residents for appointments, treatments, meals, and activities.
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and therapeutic resident environment.

Position Summary

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene

• Accurately document care and restorative services provided
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
• Prepare residents for appointments, treatments, meals, and activities
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and therapeutic resident environment

Education & Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Current CNA certification in good standing
• RNA training/certification
• CPR certification if required
• Must maintain all required licenses and continuing education requirements
