Qualifications

Experience as a Registered Nurse.
Current Illinois Registered Nurse License.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents to promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Conduct restorative nursing assessments, identify resident needs, and develop strategies to address them.
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, noting significant events or concerns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress.
