Job summary

Tutera Group seeks a Restorative Nurse/LPN at Charlton Place Rehabilitation and Health Care Center to help residents regain function and maintain independence. You will coordinate restorative therapies and collaborate with the care team to sustain residents' quality of life.

The role requires an active LPN license in the state, prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience preferred, and excellent communication skills. Tutera offers competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Restorative Nurse/ Wound Care | LPN

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Restorative Nurse| LPN, you are responsible for performing restorative nursing procedures that maximize the resident’s existing abilities, emphasizes independence instead of dependence, and minimizes the negative effects of disability in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the community.

• Must have active, and in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Prior experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program in rehabilitation and restorative therapy practices
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
