Charlton Place Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a Restorative Nurse/Wound Care | LPN to join our team. You will perform restorative nursing procedures aimed at maximizing residents' independence and minimizing disability, in line with federal, state, and local standards.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license in the state of practice and has experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings, with training in rehabilitation/restorative therapy preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation and restorative therapy practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform restorative nursing procedures to maximize the resident's independence.
• Support residents per federal, state, and local standards governing the community.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Restorative Nurse| LPN, you are responsible for performing restorative nursing procedures that maximize the resident’s existing abilities, emphasizes independence instead of dependence, and minimizes the negative effects of disability in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the community.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Must have active, and in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Prior experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program in rehabilitation and restorative therapy practices
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
