Charlton Place Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated Restorative Nurse/LPN to support residents’ independence through restorative nursing. You will perform restorative procedures, monitor progress, and collaborate with the care team to maximize quality of life while complying with federal, state, and local standards.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license in Alabama, has LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience or training in restorative therapy, and demonstrates excellent

Qualificações

• Active LPN license in Alabama.
• Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience preferred.
• Experience or training in rehabilitation/restorative therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Perform restorative nursing procedures to maximize resident independence.
• Monitor resident progress and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with the care team to maintain standards and safety.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Restorative Nurse| LPN, you are responsible for performing restorative nursing procedures that maximize the resident’s existing abilities, emphasizes independence instead of dependence, and minimizes the negative effects of disability in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the community.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Must have active, and in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Prior experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program in rehabilitation and restorative therapy practices
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
