Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents. You will ensure efficient care, supervise nursing staff during shifts, and collaborate with physicians and other professionals to achieve excellent clinical outcomes and family satisfaction.

The role requires an active LPN license in the state and prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience is preferred. A professional image and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active, and in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as LPN in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.

Responsabilités

• Ensure delivery of efficient and effective nursing care.
• Oversee resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to achieve positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
