Volunteers of America Mid-States is seeking a Restorative Justice Case Manager Specialist for the School Project in Louisville, KY. The role provides case management services to referred individuals and families while applying restorative justice practices in a community setting.

Responsibilities include caseload management, data entry, development of case plans, and collaboration with community organizations. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required; a relevant degree is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or related field.
• Up to three years of experience considered.
• Interest in justice-involved populations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain caseload for projects in Jefferson County.
• Input and track case management and restorative justice data online.
• Develop and monitor case plans with individuals and families.
• Prepare required reports and documentation per program standards.
• Assist in recruiting community volunteers and represent VOA in the community.
