Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or near completion within four months; up to three years of experience.
• Interest in justice-involved populations is desired.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated abilities in written reports/business correspondence.
• Effective oral communication skills including public speaking to groups.
• Proficient with MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Maintains caseload in Jefferson County in line with restorative justice processes.
• Input and track case management and restorative justice activities.
• Facilitate restorative justice practices for assigned cases.
• Complete assessments for referred individuals and families.
• Develop and monitor case plans with families.
• Complete and maintain documentation in the online system.
• Prepare required reports and ensure funding compliance.
• Assist in recruiting community volunteers and represent VOA.
• Cultivate relationships with community organizations.
