Qualifications

• Healthcare experience providing direct care to residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with restorative nursing activities to restore or maintain bodily functions.
• Documents services provided and resident progress per charting guidelines.
• Reports observations to Supervisor and contributes to care plan planning.
• Provides input on care plans based on resident history and successful approaches.
• Other tasks as assigned.
