Job summary

Raintree Village is seeking a dedicated Restorative Aide - CNA to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a senior living community. You will perform restorative nursing tasks and assist residents with daily activities in alignment with care plans.

The role involves teamwork with nursing and therapy staff, adherence to safety standards, and documentation of progress. A CNA certification is required; weekend shifts may be involved.

Qualifications

Must be a CNA with certification.
Experience in restorative care is a plus.
Ability to assist with mobility and daily activities.
Comfort with documenting in electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

Provide restorative nursing care to residents.
Assist with progressive range of motion and mobility activities.
Support residents with eating during meals.
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal care.
Take and record vital signs according to schedule.
Document resident progress and communicate with nursing staff.
Collaborate with physical therapy for mobility goals.
Ensure compliance with regulations and safety policies.
