Job summary

Extended Care LLC is seeking a dedicated Restorative Aide to coordinate, implement, and provide restorative nursing care under the direction of the Nursing Department and in collaboration with Rehabilitation. You will work to maximize residents’ physical function and emotional wellness while supporting daily restorative activities.

The role requires a CNA certification, ability to work every other weekend, and adherence to background check requirements.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required by state.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Compliance with Health Care Worker Background Check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restorative programs tailored to residents' needs.
• Communicate with Nursing and Rehabilitation staff on resident goals.
• Facilitate transitions from skilled rehab to restorative programs.
• Attend rounds and provide progress updates.
• Maintain progress and documentation of restorative care.
