Job summary

Elevate Care in Florida is seeking a compassionate Restorative Aide (CNA required) to help residents regain and maintain function through individualized restorative plans and therapeutic activities. The role focuses on mobility, daily living activities, and coordinated care with nursing and therapy teams.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Experience in Restorative Nursing or Long-Term Care (preferred).
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to assist with physical activities and mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Restorative Care Plans to improve rehabilitation and independence.
• Promote mobility and function through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Track resident progress and document restorative goals.
• Collaborate with Nursing & Therapy Teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and progress.
