Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide restorative care to residents, following therapy and nursing plans. You will document progress daily and participate in weekly restorative activities, serving as a role model for level III staff.

The role requires a licensed CNA with two years of experience, a high school diploma, and strong English communication. A supportive team environment and ongoing staff development are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA with two years of clinical CNA experience.
• High school diploma and CNA certification required.
• Knowledge of Restorative Nursing principles and practices.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions; works well in a team.
• Strong written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative care per facility policy and standards.
• Document resident progress daily; prepare weekly narratives as needed.
• Collaborate with Therapy/Nursing on restorative goals.
• Attend care plan conferences and inservice trainings.
• Identify equipment needs and report safety concerns.
