Job summary

The Shores, a UMC community in Ocean City, NJ, is hiring a Restorative CNA to support residents' independence and functional abilities. This full-time position offers a 10am–6pm schedule, with weekend/holiday rotation, and competitive hourly pay based on experience.

You will assist with ADLs, carry out restorative care plans, document progress, and collaborate with the care team to meet restorative goals. NJ CNA certification and 1+ year in long-term care are required, along with strong

Responsibilities

• Support restorative programs that promote resident independence and functional abilities.
• Assist with ADLs while encouraging resident participation and self-care.
• Carry out restorative care plans and accurately document progress.
• Provide ambulation, range-of-motion, positioning, and mobility support.
• Assist with meals, transfers, and adaptive equipment use.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition or functioning.
• Collaborate with residents and the care team to achieve restorative goals.
