The Shores, a UMC community in Ocean City, NJ, is hiring a Restorative CNA to support residents' independence and functional abilities. This full-time position offers a 10am–6pm schedule, with weekend/holiday rotation, and competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current and active New Jersey CNA certification is required.
• 1+ year of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support restorative programs that promote resident independence and functional abilities.
• Assist with ADLs while encouraging resident participation and self-care.
• Carry out restorative care plans and accurately document progress.
• Provide ambulation, range-of-motion, positioning, and mobility support.
• Assist with meals, transfers, and adaptive equipment use.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition or functioning.
• Collaborate with residents and the care team to achieve restorative goals.
