Job summary

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve in a Community Living Center Restorative Care setting. You will provide nurse-led, evidence-based care, screen Veterans upon admission, and coordinate therapy goals with OT and PT to maximize independence.

Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, and ongoing evaluation of patient progress while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• English proficiency is required for direct patient care.
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing with accredited program.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license in a U.S. state or territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent, evidenced-based nursing care to assigned residents.
• Administer medications and procedures per established policies.
• Collaborate with educators, OT, PT to maximize patient independence and functioning.
