Qualifications

• English language proficiency is required.
• Graduate of a school of professional nursing and licensed/eligible for licensure in the United States.
• State licensure or eligibility required; temporary appointment possible during bridge program completion.
• Foreign nursing education requires degree equivalency validation.
• Current, full, active, unrestricted nursing license in the U.S. or District of Columbia.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care focused on patient education, self-management, and satisfaction.
• Administer medications and procedures per policies.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff; participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve care outcomes.
