Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a Restorative Aide for the Kindred Hospital South FL – Coral Gables facility. This full-time position includes some weekend requirements and focuses on restoring patients to their maximum functional potential.

Responsibilities include nursing interventions, reporting patient changes, and participating in quality and safety activities, with emphasis on ongoing education and professional development. A positive, patient-centered approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months relevant experience strongly recommended in a rehab setting.
• CPR certification required.
• Competence with basic computer and technology systems.

• Contribute to client relations and marketing efforts.
• Maintain clinical competency and participate in team meetings.
• Support administrative and clinical efficiency initiatives.
