Job summary

Bluestone Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Restorative Aide licensed as CNA to support residents’ restorative care plans and promote independence. The role involves ROM, ambulation, transfers, and daily activities within a collaborative care team.

The candidate will document progress, report changes, and help maintain safety during activities while adhering to facility policies and infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification in the state required.
• Completion of a restorative aide training program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative care plans including ROM, mobility and independence activities.
• Implement restorative programs designed by therapists, nurses, or other professionals.
• Monitor and document residents' progress and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with therapy, nursing and care teams for cohesive care.
• Document restorative interventions and ensure accurate records for billing and standards.
