Fundamental is seeking a Restorative Aide to work alongside nursing staff to provide extra care and service assistance focused on improving patients’ strength, mobility and overall wellness. The role emphasizes teamwork and compassionate patient care, with a requirement for CNA certification and reliable transportation.

Qualified candidates will have 1+ years in skilled nursing or long-term care, plus restorative care experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified CNA in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of experience in skilled nursing or long term care nursing preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of experience with restorative care required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine service that support the skilled nursing care delivered to patients and residents requiring rehabilitative or restorative care that serve to increase strength and mobility.
• Perform standard care duties of a Certified Nursing Assistant.
