Job summary

Catholic Care Center is seeking a dedicated Restorative Aide/CNA to support residents in achieving their highest practicable level of function. You will follow treatment plans, document progress, and provide direct resident care in a respectful, safe environment aimed at maintaining dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include assisting with transfers, meals, grooming, and bathing, while staying compliant with infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma preferred; restorative aide training required.
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of employment.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives plans of treatment from PTs, OTs and SLPs to follow for designated residents.
• Documents programs provided and progress toward goals per ministry guidelines.
• Provide nursing care as assigned in a safe manner per community policies and procedures.
• Report resident changes in condition to Charge Nurse or Supervisor.
• Work cooperatively with residents, families, and the care team.
• Provide direct resident care including transfers, meals, feeding assistance, bathing, and environmental care.
• Maintain infection control, PPE, and hazardous materials handling; dispose of soiled linens and waste.
• Other duties as assigned.
