East Terrace Rehabilitation is seeking a Restorative Aide to provide restorative nursing measures for residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services. The role includes ROM, transfers, positioning, ADLs, and documentation in nursing records.

The candidate must hold CNA certification, demonstrate job stability, and have SNF experience. English proficiency and health suitability are required; current enrollment or certification as Restorative Aide is also needed.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Currently enrolled in a Restorative Aide class or have a Restorative Aide Certificate.
• Evidence of job stability.
• Possess good health.
• Ability to take supervision.

Aufgaben

• Perform restorative nursing measures as ordered by physician.
• Assist with ROM exercises (passive and active).
• Ensure proper positioning, bed mobility and transfers.
• Assist with ADLs including dressing, grooming, self-feeding and feeding program.
