Job summary

Bluestone Human Resources Corporation is seeking a compassionate Restorative Aide to support residents on restorative care plans, helping them regain functioning and independence. This role requires an active CNA license and the ability to work with therapy and nursing teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, assisting with ROM and mobility, and promoting resident dignity and safety while supporting a collaborative care approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA license in the state.
• Experience with restorative care programs is preferred.
• Ability to document progress accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative care plans, ROM, ambulation, and activities to promote independence.
• Monitor progress and report changes to nursing or therapy teams.
• Collaborate with therapists and nursing staff to implement restorative programs.
• Document interventions and outcomes in compliance with guidelines.
• Support residents to maintain dignity, safety, and independence.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and ADLs as needed.
