Job summary

Bluebird Wellness & Rehabilitation seeks a Restorative Nursing Assistant to deliver rehabilitative services under licensed supervision. You will help residents reach their highest practicable level of ADL function through structured re-teaching and retraining efforts.

Responsibilities include restorative tasks (ambulation, ROM, positioning, feeding), meal assistance, hydration, and documentation of progress, while maintaining safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Successful completion of Restorative Nurse Assistant Training.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative nursing tasks (ambulation, ROM, positioning) to promote independence.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily living activities per care plan.
• Document resident progress and communicate observations to nursing staff.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of therapy areas and equipment.
