Job summary

Woodstock Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a Restorative Aide (CNA) to coordinate and provide restorative nursing care for residents. The role requires a certified nursing assistant with restorative training.

Under the guidance of the rehabilitation and nursing departments, you will implement programs, document progress, and visit residents daily to ensure the program's productivity and residents' well-being.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with experience and/or knowledge of restorative nursing philosophy and procedures.
• Ability to interact positively with residents, government agencies, and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Directing and participating in restorative programs tailored to individual residents.
• Facilitating each resident's transition from skilled rehab services to restorative, progressive, and preventative programs.
• Maintaining restorative nursing progress and documentation records for all participating residents.

**Overview of the Restorative Aide Role:**

We are in search of a certified nursing assistant with restorative training to coordinate, implement, and provide restorative nursing care to all our residents. Additional responsibilities include:
