Job summary

Woodstock Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant with restorative training to coordinate and provide restorative nursing care for residents. You will work with the rehabilitation and nursing teams to maximize physical functioning and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities include directing restorative programs, facilitating transitions from skilled rehab to restorative care, and maintaining documentation while visiting residents daily to ensure program

Qualifications

• CNA with restorative nursing training and philosophy/ procedures knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate and implement restorative nursing plans.
• Experience interacting with residents, families, and public/government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Direct/restorative programs tailored to each resident.
• Assist transitioning residents from rehab to restorative/progressive programs.
• Maintain progress notes and documentation for residents in restorative care.
• Visit residents daily to monitor program productivity.

Overview of the Restorative Aide Role:

We are in search of a certified nursing assistant with restorative training to coordinate, implement, and provide restorative nursing care to all our residents. You will work under the guidance of the rehabilitation and nursing departments to maximize and maintain the physical functioning and emotional well-being of all residents. Additional responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Directing and participating in restorative programs tailored to individual residents.
• Facilitating each resident's transition from skilled rehab services to restorative, progressive, and preventative programs.
• Maintaining restorative nursing progress and documentation records for all participating residents.
• Visiting each resident daily and as needed to ensure the program's productivity.

Job Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant with experience and/or knowledge of restorative nursing philosophy and procedures.
• Ability to interact positively with residents, government agencies, and the general public.
