Job summary

Lake City Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a compassionate Restorative Aide (CNA) to join our nursing team. You will coordinate, implement, and monitor restorative care plans to maximize residents' physical functioning and well-being.

Under the supervision of rehabilitation and nursing teams, you will visit residents daily, document progress, and help transitions from skilled rehab to restorative programs. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with experience and/or knowledge of restorative nursing philosophy/procedures.
• Ability to positively interact with residents, government agencies, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing, directing, and participating in restorative programs for individual residents.
• Facilitating the transition of residents from skilled rehab services to restorative progressive and preventative programs.
• Maintaining restorative nursing progress/documentation records for all participating residents.
• Visiting each resident daily and as needed to ensure the program's productivity.

Overview of the Restorative Aide Role

As a Restorative Aide, you will play a vital role in coordinating, implementing, and providing restorative nursing care for all residents. Working under the direction of the rehabilitation and nursing departments, you'll be responsible for maximizing and maintaining the physical functioning and emotional wellness of our residents.
