Job summary

Lake City Center for Nursing and Healing in Morrow, GA is seeking a Restorative Aide (CNA certified) to coordinate and implement restorative nursing care for residents under rehab and nursing departments.

You will maximize residents' physical functioning, maintain progress records, visit residents daily, and support transitions from rehab to restorative programs. This role offers a team-focused environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with experience and/or knowledge of restorative nursing philosophy/procedures.
• Ability to positively interact with residents, government agencies, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing, directing, and participating in restorative programs for individual residents.
• Facilitating the transition of residents from skilled rehab services to restorative progressive and preventative programs.
• Maintaining restorative nursing progress/documentation records for all participating residents.

Overview of the Restorative Aide Role:

As a Restorative Aide, you will play a vital role in coordinating, implementing, and providing restorative nursing care for all residents. Working under the direction of the rehabilitation and nursing departments, you'll be responsible for maximizing and maintaining the physical functioning and emotional wellness of our residents. Your additional responsibilities include:
