Job summary

42 North Dental in Portland, ME is seeking a Dentist for Restorative and Aesthetic Dental Associates. Flexible schedule: full-time or part-time; no nights or weekends; emphasis on restorative and aesthetic dentistry with a wide range of procedures.

The Dentist will manage the full patient experience from exam to care delivery, including in-office specialty services. Requires DMD/DDS and state license; competitive, production-based earnings.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care and certain surgical procedures.
• Maintain documentation and up-to-date medical/dental records.
