42 North Dental seeks a Dentist to join Restorative and Aesthetic Dental Associates in Portland, ME. The role covers the full clinical patient experience, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry in Maine (ME).
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification and Hepatitis B vaccination proof.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans with patients.
• Review and update medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostics.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Provide surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
• Stay updated on new developments and best practices.
