Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking a hands-on Technician to restore properties damaged by water, fire, mold, and other hazards. You will assess damage, apply proven restoration processes, and ensure work meets industry standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

This in-field role requires frequent travel to active jobsites, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with clients and team members to achieve high-quality results.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Strong organizational skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Inspect and evaluate property damage to determine restoration scope.
Perform water extraction, fire/smoke repair, mold remediation, and drying.
Operate restoration equipment safely and efficiently.
Document work processes for reports and insurance purposes.
Communicate with clients to explain procedures and address questions.
Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
Participate in on-call rotation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
