ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking a Technician to assess damage and lead restoration efforts for water, fire, mold, and related issues. You will work with clients and teams to ensure high-quality results and adherence to industry standards.

The role requires travel to active jobsites, strong safety practices, and clear communication. In-field duties include documenting work, using restoration equipment, and meeting client expectations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate property damage to determine the restoration scope.
• Perform water extraction, fire/smoke repair, mold remediation, and structural drying tasks.
• Use specialized equipment to carry out restoration processes safely and efficiently.
• Document the restoration process for reports and insurance purposes.
• Communicate with clients to explain processes and address questions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
