Job summary

SERVPRO of Belle Meade is seeking a hands-on Restoration Technician to respond quickly to emergencies and perform restoration services for homes and businesses in the Nashville area. You will work with water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup while adhering to safety standards and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old to drive company vehicles
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable with physical work, tight spaces, ladders, and lifting 50+ lbs
• Willingness to work on-call shifts (rotation includes some evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• IICRC certification is a bonus - but not required

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergencies (water, fire, mold, and storm damage)
• Perform restoration services including water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup
• Load and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in company vehicles
• Identify safety hazards and communicate needs to your supervisor
• Work respectfully and professionally in customers' homes and businesses
• Support job documentation through notes, photos, and communication
