Job summary

SERVPRO of Belle Meade is seeking dynamic individuals to join our on-call restoration team, handling water, fire, and storm damage with hands-on training and full benefits.

Starting at $19-$21 per hour, the role offers bi-weekly pay, overtime opportunities, paid IICRC training, and a clear path to Lead Tech and Supervisor roles. Join a team that values safety, teamwork, and community service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, handyman work, restoration, air duct cleaning, HVAC cleaning, or indoor air quality services is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and handle physical work in various environments.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergencies (water, fire, mold, and storm damage)
• Perform restoration services including water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup
• Load and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in company vehicles
• Identify safety hazards and communicate needs to your supervisor
• Work respectfully and professionally in customers' homes and businesses
• Support job documentation through notes, photos, and communication
