As a restoration technician, you will be responsible for restoring carpets, upholstery, and draperies damaged by water, smoke, fire, debris, or other causes. You will exemplify our values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and colleagues.

This role is suitable if you are self-motivated, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can manage your time effectively to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills with supervisors, team members, and customers are essential for managing daily situations.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Become proficient in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-up.
2. Establish and maintain schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
3. Respond to water emergencies and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC standards and Rainbow processes.
4. Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork.
5. Maintain all restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping it clean and functional.
6. Perform marketing tasks to promote additional services or develop new business.
7. Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related roles.

Job Requirements

• Restoration and construction experience is helpful but not required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds.
• Proficiency with computers, including word processing, business software, and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication skills.
