Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, Inc. is hiring a Restoration Technician at our Chesterfield Office to support fire and water damage cleanup and restoration projects in the Richmond area.

You will prepare rooms, operate equipment, and coordinate with teammates to ensure safe, efficient job site performance. The role emphasizes hands-on work, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with supervisors and fellow technicians.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Able to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights; comfortable in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics).
• Able to push/pull/lift/carry objects and work with cleaning agents.
• Background check will be performed as per applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging area and equipment.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform production processes as directed.
• End-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown; leave jobsite clean and orderly.
