SERVPRO of Chesterfield, Richmond, Chesapeake, and Hampton is hiring a Restoration Technician at our Chantilly Office. Join a growing team dedicated to repairing fire and water damage and serving the community.

Position offers competitive hourly pay ($18–$20) with full benefits and opportunities for advancement. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift heavy objects and work in challenging conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs regularly.
• Willing to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.
• Able to work with cleaning agents.
• Background check will be conducted where required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging area/equipment.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production.
• Perform production processes as directed by supervisors.
• End-of-day cleanup and breakdown; leave jobsite clean and orderly.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.

• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
