Job summary

SERVPRO of Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, and Tri-Cities is hiring a Restoration Technician at our Chantilly Office. We are a locally owned disaster restoration team focused on helping families recover from fire and water damage while delivering a supportive, growth‑oriented workplace.

As part of our team, you will prepare rooms, operate equipment, coordinate with supervisors, and complete end-of-day cleanup to ensure a clean, safe site and quality results for our customers.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Able to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
• Able to work in tight spaces and around cleaning agents.
• Background check may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities; set up staging area and equipment.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production.
• Perform production processes as directed.
• Perform end-of-day/job cleanup and breakdown; leave jobsite neat.

• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects


• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents


• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
