SERVPRO Team CHG is hiring a Restoration Technician to respond to water, fire, and mold incidents and perform hands-on restoration work. You’ll help customers rebuild and restore homes and businesses, with on-call shifts and safety-focused duties.

The role emphasizes quick response, physical labor, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, with opportunity for training and advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related trades preferred.
• IICRC certification a plus (training opportunities available!).

Responsabilités

• Respond quickly to emergency situations (water, fire, mold, etc.).
• Perform hands-on restoration work, including water extraction, demolition, and set up of drying or specialty equipment.
• Load, inventory, and maintain vehicles, tools, and materials for each job.
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers—providing updates and reassurance during difficult times.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain job site organization.
• Deliver top-quality work and take pride in getting the job done right.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related trades preferred

Physical Demands & Competencies

• Lift 50+ lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs (with help)
• Comfortable working on ladders, at heights, or in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces)
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry heavy materials repeatedly
• Comfortable working with and around cleaning agents and restoration materials

Additional Information

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
