Job summary

SERVPRO Team CHG is seeking energetic restoration technicians to respond to emergencies and help families and businesses recover after water, fire, floods, or mold. The role involves hands-on repair, gear setup, and working closely with a supportive team to restore properties.

You’ll receive paid training, uniforms, and access to career growth opportunities as you gain experience in a fast-paced, meaningful field.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, or related trades preferred.
• Willingness to work on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• IICRC certification a plus (training opportunities available!).

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergency situations (water, fire, mold, etc.)
• Perform hands‑on restoration work, including water extraction, demolition, and set up of drying or specialty equipment
• Load, inventory, and maintain vehicles, tools, and materials for each job
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers — providing updates and reassurance during difficult times
• Follow safety procedures and maintain job site organization
• Deliver top-quality work and take pride in getting the job done right

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to work occasional on‑call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related trades preferred
• IICRC certification a plus (training opportunities available!)

Physical Demands & Competencies

• Lift 50+ lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs (with help)
• Comfortable working on ladders, at heights, or in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces)
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry heavy materials repeatedly
• Comfortable working with and around cleaning agents and restoration materials
