Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking a motivated Restoration Crew Chief to lead on restoration projects and guide a crew toward high-quality results.

You will coordinate production tasks, supervise technicians, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining safety and efficiency on job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• IICRC certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes on job sites with quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience to ensure high satisfaction and positive online reviews.
• Set clear expectations for restoration technicians and supervise their daily activities.
• Document detailed, accurate job files to support services rendered.
• Manage labor usage, consumable materials, and efficiency on assigned projects.
• Communicate with the project manager and office staff to share job status updates and address issues promptly.
• Follow and reinforce OSHA safety standards on job sites.
• Protect equipment, vehicles, and materials to maximize company assets.
• Coach, mentor, and train restoration technicians for skill and career growth.

As a front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Crew Chief plays a key role in delivering our Here to Help® promise. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll coordinate, monitor, and perform restoration activities while supporting your team and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes according to schedule, ensuring quality control on all job sites

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certification a plus

Skills & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly (and up to 100 lbs. with assistance)
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces)
• Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
• Comfortable working with and around various cleaning agents
