Job summary

SERVPRO Team CHG in Missouri is seeking a restoration professional to respond quickly to emergencies and perform hands-on restoration work, including water extraction, demolition, and setup of drying equipment. Join a close-knit team that values quality, safety, and helping communities rebuild after disasters.

You’ll load and manage tools and vehicles, coordinate with customers, and follow strict safety practices on every site.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Experience in restoration, construction, or related trades preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus (training opportunities available!).

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergency situations (water, fire, mold, etc.).
• Perform hands-on restoration work, including water extraction, demolition, and setup of drying equipment.
• Load, inventory, and maintain vehicles, tools, and materials for each job.
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers—providing updates during difficult times.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain job site organization.
• Deliver top-quality work and take pride in getting the job done right.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Physical Demands & Competencies

• Lift 50+ lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs (with help)
• Comfortable working on ladders, at heights, or in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces)
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry heavy materials repeatedly
• Comfortable working with and around cleaning agents and restoration materials
