Job Description: Crew Chief at SERVPRO

Responsibilities:

• Explain processes and answer customer questions as needed
• Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs and concerns
• Communicate expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities
• Perform production processes and ensure quality control
• Identify safety hazards and implement control measures
• Resolve problems promptly
• Manage job documentation accurately
• Control costs of production projects
• Protect and properly use equipment and materials
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas
• Perform sales and marketing activities, including add-on sales and security checks

Qualifications:

• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Ability to travel locally or out of state as needed

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Exposure to chemicals
• Walking, standing, driving, sitting, climbing, and working at heights
• Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces
• Repetitive physical tasks

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
